 * Sales focused, target driven professional. Always working towards KPI’s and targets. Titles achieved in the past: Salesperson of the year, a Presidents club member. Overachieving YOY quota. Strong in forecasting, and partner pipeline planning, especially in the Salesforce system. 
 * 11 years of channel sales exposure, in-depth knowledge of multiple or single-tier models in Europe
 * Manage and grow revenue and market share at selected accounts to maximize customer satisfaction and to achieve the company's strategic sales objectives
 *B2B , B2C and business development work experience. 
 * IT Services, Software and Hardware , SaaS and training sales work experience.
 * Able to handle multiple projects simultaneously
 * Multicultural Work Environment experience. Used to work in a matrix organization
 * Skilled in dealing with Channel Partners, Distributors and Strategic Alliances, as well as partner enablement/training, marketing and development across different countries in Europe
 *Able to build and maintain strong, long term strategic commercial relationships with end users at C Level, Partners / Resellers and Distributors 
 * Manage, identify, develop, implement and enable new partnerships models (VAR, VAD and Alliances)
 * Results and client-focused with a logical and systematic work approach.
 * Able to develop and execute account strategy by collaborating with other company departments to deliver stronger, more relevant value propositions towards customer needs
