Mariusz Orzechowski Pro AV Competence Days is Sharp/NEC's flagship event, commonly referred to as the “Polish ISE.” For years we have been proudly creating the largest meeting of integrator companies of the widely-understood modern audio-video technology industry and meeting rooms market in Poland.

In 2025, numerous plenary sessions, interesting debates, inspiring Hands On workshops, product presentations, competitions and, of course, face-to-face meetings and networking will await the participants of the 16th edition.
This year will mark the completion of the 5-year merger between Sharp and NEC, so we want to show our Partners that although our name is changing, our people, values and technological thought remain the same. Sharp/NEC, with its growing portfolio of products with the Sharp logo, continues to be a trusted partner and advisor to customers and end users around the world.
As every year, Pro AV Competence Days will not be short of an evening gala with the presentation of the Sharp/NEC Awards. Numerous attractions will certainly not be lacking.

Przemysław Siemaszko has been involved in the IT/AV industry for over 24 years. For 19 years he has been working for Sharp NEC Display Solutions - a world-class manufacturer of desktop displays, business projectors, large format and interactive displays, video walls and LED screens. He belongs to a small group of members of Sharp/NEC Polish team with the longest work experience. This gives him an attribute of very wide knowledge of both Sharp/NEC products and solutions as well as domestic IT/AV market. He is responsible for contacts with Polish IT/AV distributors, specializes in servicing rental market and supports key customers in south-western Poland. Passionate about wilderness travel in Africa, sailing, diving, cycling, swimming, books, movies and bungee jumping.
