Mariusz Orzechowski Pro AV Competence Days is Sharp/NEC's flagship event, commonly referred to as the “Polish ISE.” For years we have been proudly creating the largest meeting of integrator companies of the widely-understood modern audio-video technology industry and meeting rooms market in Poland.

In 2025, numerous plenary sessions, interesting debates, inspiring Hands On workshops, product presentations, competitions and, of course, face-to-face meetings and networking will await the participants of the 16th edition.
This year will mark the completion of the 5-year merger between Sharp and NEC, so we want to show our Partners that although our name is changing, our people, values and technological thought remain the same. Sharp/NEC, with its growing portfolio of products with the Sharp logo, continues to be a trusted partner and advisor to customers and end users around the world.
As every year, Pro AV Competence Days will not be short of an evening gala with the presentation of the Sharp/NEC Awards. Numerous attractions will certainly not be lacking.

Mariusz Orzechowski co-founded and for almost 30 years has been successfully managing the Polish representative office of the Japanese corporation Sharp NEC Display Solutions (formerly NEC). A graduate of Computer Science at the AGH University of Science and Technology in Krakow. Professionally involved in the IT/AV industry for over 38 years. Manages sales and marketing for the entire CSEE region, particularly interested in new vertical sectors and market trends. Passionate about digital information and advertising systems - Digital Signage, advanced Meeting & Collaborating solutions, immersive projection and also an active campaigner for the digitization of cinema. Co-founder of industry associations: POPAI Poland and PDSA. In the latter, he served as President for 10 years. Member of AVIXA Digital Signage Working Group for 2 years.
